Simple and Easy Chocolate Brownie Cookies for Valentines

Ingredients

  • 2 pouches Ghirardelli Chocolate Brownie Mix {I used two pouches for extra thick brownies}
  • 2/3 cup Organic Milk
  • 1/2 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 2/3 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven at 325*

  2. Pour all content in a greased baking pan. I actually placed foil on a baking dish to easily take out when ready {optional}

  3. Bake about 55 min

  4. Set aside to cool for about 15 min

  5. Place heart shaped cookie cutter to cut out and place on a cooling rack

  6. Melt chocolate frosting, spread over each brownie with a spoon

  7. For design, melt pink and/or white frosting and drizzle over with fork for a stripe design affect

  8. Eat & Enjoy!!
